Health Resources and Services

For nearly two decades, El Grito Portland has been a beacon of cultural celebration and a vital hub for accessing community resources from employment  opportunities, educational support, and health resources.

The Latinx population in the U.S. remains one of the most vulnerable and underserved groups facing minimal access to vital resources such as healthcare. The Latinx community has also been one of the communities hardest hit by the pandemic crisis, wildfires, extreme weather events, the housing crisis and climate change in our region.

At El Grito Portland, we strive for equitable access to care for our communities. Together with our health partners, we are committed to delivering culturally-responsive and culturally-relevant resources and services at no cost. Through this partnership, we aim to actively connect with our communities and offer access to vital services that that may be challenging to our community given their lifestyle, long work hours, immigration status, or disability.
